I had the privilege to liaise closely with icare stakeholders and account managers on the conceptual development and rollout of two icare campaigns, Respect & Resilience, which focusses on conflict management between advisers and customers, and the launch of icare CTP Care which is a service that focusses on caring for people with long-term injuries caused by a motor accidents.
